MY STORY
I graduated in Computer Engineering in 2008 and spent about a decade in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems: servers, networking, cloud, Linux and Windows, troubleshooting, documentation and user training. That taught me how systems work and where they break.
In 2014 I moved into digital marketing, and from 2018 I built marketing automation and CRM systems on tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zoho, Systeme.io and GoHighLevel. That taught me what systems are supposed to achieve commercially: leads, follow-up and sales.
I started building chatbots in 2016. ChatFuel was one of the first platforms I learned, then ManyChat, and those two became my biggest stepping stones.
2018 · ChatFuel community moderator. For a year I helped moderate the ChatFuel community: joining team meetings on how to engage and support users, answering technical questions in the Facebook group, and sharing step-by-step chatbot flows, integration setups, strategies and documentation.
2020 · ManyChat Partner Agency and certified Chat Marketing Expert. ManyChat invited me to become a partner agency, and I passed its Chat Marketing Expert certification, which recognizes experts who can build enterprise-grade, fully automated funnels and systems with ManyChat. I stayed active supporting users in the ManyChat Facebook community.
2020 · Speaker at the first ManyChat event in the Philippines. I was one of the speakers at the first and biggest ManyChat event in the country, teaching entrepreneurs and businesses how chat marketing retains customers: loyalty and partnerships, and recurring revenue through automated follow-up, memberships and marketing flows. That led to invitations to seminars, workshops and communities, including RPA Philippines events through Chatbot Philippines founder Ron Baetiong.
Course, mentorship and VIP community. Those partnerships grew my chatbot marketing course and mentorships. In my VIP community I teach serious high-ticket entrepreneurs and freelancers how to get clients and build their automations, with templates, workflows and swipe files. My funnels and community work built an email list of more than 10,000 people.
2019 · Official Pancake & Botcake pioneer educator and affiliate agency. In 2019 I became the primary and official pioneer educator for Pancake and Botcake. My 10+ tutorial videos have reached more than 200,000 views and grew my YouTube channel past 6,000 subscribers. As a pioneer Pancake affiliate agency, I have introduced more than 3,000 paying clients to the platform and helped drive over 1M in sales.
Today I also work as an expert AI trainer with micro1, where I test commercial CRM software and help train AI systems by finding bugs, gaps and feature issues. That work sharpens what I bring to clients: knowing how AI behaves in real use, where it fails, and how to make it reliable.
Since then I have designed conversational systems for retail, travel, hospitality, education and live-selling businesses, and since 2022 my work has become AI agents, workflow orchestration, API and MCP integrations, and AI evaluation.

HOW I WORK
Automation doesn't fix a broken process. It makes the chaos happen faster. So I never start with the tool. I start with your business outcome and work backward:
1. Objective. What are you trying to achieve? More qualified leads, faster replies, fewer manual tasks, more bookings.
2. Current process. How does it work today, step by step, and who does what?
3. Bottleneck. Where exactly does it break or waste time?
4. System design. What should the future system look like, including the human handoffs?
5. Automation. Which parts should be automated, and which should stay human?
6. AI. Where does AI actually add value, and where would it add risk?
7. Measurement. How will we know it works? Real numbers, not impressions.

Conversational qualification for a computer retailer with 16 branches and about 40,000 monthly Messenger contacts. The project reported about 300× more qualified leads and 9× faster responses.
A chat-to-sale pipeline: conversation, lead, quote, transaction. From May to July it handled 3,057 chats and led to 47 transactions.
