I am Dijae Dadula, an AI automation and systems specialist based in Bacoor, Cavite. I have worked in digital marketing for more than nine years and in automation for more than seven, after an earlier career in IT infrastructure and systems integration. Today I help businesses turn conversations into qualified leads, bookings and sales, using AI where it actually helps and keeping people in charge where it matters.

Many Philippine businesses sell through Facebook pages and Messenger first, not websites. Customers write in Taglish, ask "HM?" and "avail pa?", and expect replies within minutes, including late at night. Live sellers take orders from comments. Resorts and travel agencies answer the same availability questions hundreds of times a week.

I never start with the tool. I start with the business objective, map the current process, find the bottleneck, then design the system and decide what to automate and where AI belongs. Yes, modern AI models handle Taglish and common Filipino short-hand well when they are given good examples and instructions. It should still be tested on real customer messages before launch.
